SDITC
Same Difference Inclusive Theatre Company is an outreach program of Silver Bow Developmental Disabilities Council, a non-profit organization that has provided services to people who have disabilities for nearly 30 years.
Same Difference Inclusive Theatre Company (SDITC) was established in 2004, and has produced over 20 plays and musicals in Butte, in addition to touring productions in 31 Montana cities, a city in Texas, and a city in Canada. In May 2008, SDITC will perform in New York.
All SDITC productions feature performers with and without disabilities.
This poem was written by Jocelyn Mosman, who performed in the Same Difference play on the Same Difference trip to Odessa, Texas.
Same Difference
People are people, no matter what kind.
No matter what color or shape you will find.
It makes no difference if you’re big or small.
It doesn’t matter if you’re short or tall.
Everyone’s different, so nobody’s perfect.
Only God is perfect- last time I checked.
Everyone smiles in the same language, there’s no need to put up a fence.
Because no matter who you are or what you look like compared to others, just say, “Same Difference!”
